Who Let the Dogs Out?

So, we're sittin' at the table havin' lunch and singing Who Let The Dogs Out, Whoa! Whoa! I say to Makana joking, "Did you let the dogs out?" Well, that brought up all of us coming up with silly answers about who let the dogs out. Li suddenly looks very serious and says, "I know who let the dogs out." We inquire "Who?" He says, "The owls." Ha!
